Do we as a culture consume too many carbs with all the hamburger buns and corn we wolf down? Since I started cutting carbs from my diet, I’ve lost 25 lbs and I feel much better.
I know you could have punched alot of more information into your speech. what about corn? haha. You have told me about that but not so much in the presentation.
I am just some guy. I like to cook food and I treat it like a hobby.
I believe in using what you have and reducing waste. This involves using ingredients that are in season and using up what is left before purchasing something new. Some interesting recipes come from this method
Not everything made here will end up gourmet or delicious but it is food and it is yummy and I'm still alive to tell the tale.
