I have sold out.

I am getting paid to blog. My friend dilvie (aka Eric Hamilton) offered me twenty dollars to start a food blog. He even volunteered to provide photography once a month and some other inane conditions on when he could and when he couldn’t. The idea that sparked all this was how I brag to him on how little I spend each month on food.

If you wish to follow my diet I have to warn you that it takes discipline and completely changing the way you think about food and how it is ‘supposed’ to be consumed. I’m not going to get all radical on you or anything, this just means that we will have to do some re-wiring in your brain.

Any and all are welcome to follow along and feedback, suggestions or money are always welcome. If there is a particular recipe or food item you would like to see featured, I will accept any amount of tips. You can offer me a dollar and I will probably do it. Just realize that ten dollar requests will always have a higher priority than one dollar requests. Hell, you can even tip as little as twenty-five cents and you will probably get me to write something. I’m a cheap food/blogger/whore.

I need a tag-line to close all of my posts with. Something yummy and unique. Something that a ghetto gourmet chef would say.

Speaking of – I was originally the Ghetto Gourmet Chef but it appears that a real celebrity has proclaimed that moniker as their own. So I had to opt for the domain keldscookin.com instead.
